KIM ALVERSON

A decision to purchase a first home, or to sell a home and upgrade (or downgrade) to a new home, comes with some trepidation and many questions. My passion is to make the process a fulfilling and rewarding experience. I am aware that no single approach to home buying and selling will work for every individual or family. I believe my qualifications, experience and education will make the process as seamless as possible for each situation.

Before devoting myself to a full time Realtor® career, I spent 35 years working in the legal field. In 1993 I became a full time NALA certified paralegal and devoted my time since working for lawyers in Las Vegas. I have also been a Notary Public for over 35 years. I maintain all paralegal credentials and work as an independent contractor when time permits. I believe my paralegal experience is the perfect blend with my work as a Realtor® .

Nevada is, and has always been, my home. I am married to a former U.S. Marine who works for our great city as a Building Inspector (which comes in handy for those pesky building questions). I am a happy mother of wonderful twin boys and two crazy pups. Life is good for this girl!
